A patio that gets used every day
A good patio is the room you use most in summer. It's coffee out of the wind, lunch that runs into the afternoon, and somewhere dry for the kids when it rains. We design each one around your house, your block and the way the sun comes across it.
We build Stratco Outback patios in flat, gable and curved profiles, attached to the house or freestanding. A flyover patio sits up above the existing roofline, so you get more height and air under it. If you want it cooler and quieter, we can roof it with Cooldek insulated panels, which give you a clean ceiling with room for lights and fans.
Every patio is built by our own crew, not handed to a subcontractor. The people who measure up are the people who build it.

- Flat, gable, curved or flyover. Attached or freestanding, with the profile chosen to suit your home.
- Insulated roofing if you want it. Cooldek panels for a cooler, quieter patio with a clean ceiling underneath.
- Built by our own crew. We supply and install everything ourselves, start to finish.
- Blinds and screens to match. Outdoor blinds and privacy screens can be added now or later.

Can a patio attach to my house?
Yes. Patios can attach to the house or stand on their own posts. A flyover patio lifts the roof above your existing roofline for extra height and airflow. We'll suggest what suits your home at the consultation.
What is a Cooldek insulated roof?
Cooldek is Stratco's insulated roof panel: a foam core bonded between two steel skins. It keeps the space under it cooler in summer, quieter in rain, and gives you a smooth ceiling with room to run lights and fans.

We're based in Tuggerah and build right across the Central Coast and around Lake Macquarie. That runs from Umina Beach and Saratoga in the south, through Wyong, Berkeley Vale and Long Jetty, up to Lake Munmorah, Wyee, Toronto and Cardiff.
