The same patio feels very different depending on what's overhead. A single-skin steel roof is strong and does the job. An insulated panel does it cooler, quieter in heavy rain, and with a smooth ceiling underneath that makes the space feel like a room.
We install Stratco Cooldek insulated roofing and Prodek single-skin roofing on new patios, pergolas, decks and carports, and as a replacement over an existing structure. Cooldek has a channel built in for wiring, so lights and fans sit neatly in the ceiling.
If your old patio roof has rusted, or the gutters have given up, we can take it off and put a new roof on.
